Rhymefest has definitely had some highs and lows in his career so far. In my opinion though his high hasn't been the high that it should be, which is a good thing. Rhymefest still has the talent to make a bigger name for himself in the music industry. His writing ability is by far greater than others, with a little more finishing touches & some better beat selections, he could really make a name for himself. This tape is in promotion for his upcoming studio album El Che. Hopefully on the album he steers a little bit away from the underground feel that this tape has.
