I actually first heard Nickelus F on an old Drake mixtape, but he's been around for a while before that.  I was happy to see this new tape from him released recently. Nickelus is a talented artist and deserves the promo in my opinion. Nickelus F comes out of Richmond, VA.  The new tape features new music from the artist over original beats as well as well known tracks and some Portishead music. Check it out.
