Crooked I has been dropping some tracks off of this mixtape here for a few weeks now. The mixtape is dj free and good audio quality (which means a larger download). Crooked I is going for the whole “we need change” theme on this tape, except in terms of hip hop. The west coast artist made some serious noise in 2008 with his hip hop weekly series of songs that he released for free downloads. Shake and Meka from 2dopeboyz.com, release their first mixtape, mixed by Dj Slim and hosted by U-N-I. First off, 2dopeboyz.com is one of the best sites out to get up on new music and news. Shake and Meka (the 2 dope boyz) really do a great job with the site and their first mixtape release is a great feature. The mixtape features all of the best coming from the left coast. Music from Crooked I, The Knux, Blu, U-N-I, Fashawn and others. Shake and Meka began taking submissions for this tape a few months ago.
