Memory Man: Raekwon – Cuban Revolution (Blend Tape)

Just another example of how major rap sites will post up mixtapes/music without listening to them in full. This tape is packaged and presented as a “Raekwon” mixtape, but the tape is put together by Memory Man and consists of acapella’s over wu-esque beats. Don’t get me wrong though, Memory Man puts together some good blends. He also puts together a good mixtape. I still downloaded it and am still posting it, because it’s dope. It just bothers me how it gets billed and then how others pick it up and post it without listening first. Especially the major sites, saying how none of these tracks will be on Rae’s new album. Oh really?? Thanks for the heads up there chief. Anyway though, I’ll get off my soapbox. Nice work Memory Man. Raekwon’s album will be out soon and from what I’ve heard, it’s pretty fire. you firing shots? not for nothing, but I have a folder with at least 4 mixtapes and 3 retail albums that I still need to listen to that take precedence over this, so forgive me if I didn't wanna wait 2 weeks to listen to it before posting, and that I trusted the source I got it from that billed it as an official Raekwon mixtape.

this mixtape was sent to us on Raekwon's behalf, to hype up the album's release if nothing else. they also specifically mentioned that none of these songs will be on OB4CL, so we included that detail for people who presumed otherwise and were going to download the songs to hear something new. nowhere in my post does it say it's all new or unreleased material made by Raekwon. it's a Memory Man mixtape

lol. Too funny. It is tru though what Get Right says. That's the only reason why I come to Get Right for tapes, because I kno they listen to everything and only post what's good and worth it for me to download. But I still fux wit Nah Right and 2DopeBoyz for everything else.
