Rock City, by way of the US Virgin Islands: St. Thomas, release their mixtape in promotion for their upcoming album. Apparently St. Thomas is known as Rock City and that is where these 2 brothers got their name from. After building up a name for themselves they began to start writing for major artists like Busta Rhymes, Nicole Scherzinger, Eve, Usher and Akon. The new mixtape highlights their talent with them rhyming over various instrumentals. I have never really heard too much from them, but the mixtape is pretty good and a great showcase of their talent. With the ability to lean between singing, rapping and reggae they may have the ability to be something. You be the judge. Check out their website for more info here.
