The Empire well-known for putting out “The Drought Is Over” mixtapes that featured Lil Wayne, just released a greatest hits mixtape of “The Drought Is Over.” The tape features a few new tracks from Wayne, but mainly some of the best tracks off of all the previous Drought mixtapes.
