I never really got a chance to sit down and give Emilio Rojas a real listen, but I’m glad I did. The kid has true talent. Coming out of Brooklyn by way of Roc City aka Rochester, Ny. The mixtape was put together by Legend (who’s silently been stepping his mixtape prodution game up) and Dj Noodles, Mr. Fix Your Face. Featuring all new music from Emilio with production from the likes of Illmind, Khrysis, M-Phazes and more. Also featuring verses from Danny Goines, Stat Quo, Fashawn and others. Means in the past few weeks you’ve been producing some really good mixtapes. Maybe “silently” wasn’t the best adverb, but so far in ‘09 I think you have become a pretty serious mixtape co-producer and could really do a lot more in the near future. I didn’t see too much from you in 2008, so within the first few months of ‘09 you already have a 2 really good titles. I think you have the ability to be what Mick Boogie was like in ‘08 with the mixtapes. Get Right Music / Legend mixtape production in the future?…. Not a bad idea in my opinion.
