Crooked I has been dropping some tracks off of this mixtape here for a few weeks now. The mixtape is dj free and good audio quality (which means a larger download). Crooked I is going for the whole “we need change” theme on this tape, except in terms of hip hop. The west coast artist made some serious noise in 2008 with his hip hop weekly series of songs that he released for free downloads. The new mixtape features new music and freestyles from Crooked I with featuring spots from Nino Bless, G. Malone, Sauce Da Boss and some others. The west coast is definitely starting to create a buzz with some of the new artists like Blu, Bishop Lamont, Crooked I, Fashawn, Pacific Division and more.
