Superstar J & Busta Rhymes team up for the second installment in the “I’ve Already Outshined Your Favorite Rapper” mixtape series. Busta is still in promotion for his upcoming studio album. I feel like he definitely should have released the album a few weeks ago after he had a little buzz from “I Got Bass,” “Don’t Touch Me” and “We Made It ft Linkin Park.” But, that’s up to the label, not Busta. I just hope his window of sales didn’t close a little. The mixtape here though features a whole bunch of new tracks from Busta with featuring spots from Reek Da Villain, Spliff Star & The Game.
