The song is called "Everyday" by The Darkside. It's after Jay-Z's "You're A Customer" & Blahzay Blahzay's "Pain I Feel." I still have the tape with those songs on it. I hope someone can upload all of the songs, including the remix to "Killing Me Softly" by The Fugees with Lauryn & Wyclef rapping on it.
