Wale – 100 Miles & Running
January 11, 2008
Wale, a relatively new artist on the scene out of Washington D.C. and under the guidance of Mark Ronson, drops his latest mixtape. This one is mixed by Nick Catchdubs and is definitely a download. Recommended to me from my good friends over at The Fizix (The best spot on the net for streetwear). Wale has been gaining momentum recently and is preparing to do big things in the new year. Check out his Myspace page here. Tracklist and downloads are after the break. Get Right…

This album is simply put….Amazing! I read an article about WALE and (in my mind) almost compared him to a rapping Weird Al Yankovic, but wow,was I wrong! He is like somebody to the best of Lupe Fiasco and Kayne West and put them in a blender and out comes WALE.
I think this track is hot and representing the dmv and he has some hot tracks with lil wayne and kanye west that are mixed tapes
