Evil Empire Presents Jim Jones & Lil Wayne - Young Money Byrd Gang

August 29, 2007

evilempirbirdgang

Alright, one more Evil Empire mixtape for ya. This one features new Jim Jones and Lil Wayne. Personally, I’m still a little sick of Lil Wayne, he kinda flooded the market too hard. Sometimes it’s better to create a yearning for your material. Anyway, I’m still feeling his new track produced by Dr. Dre, “Dynamic.” It’s the first track on the mixtape. This tape also features new music from Jim Jones, such as the unreleased “Gangsta Life,” and the Dj Khaled Produced “No Hook” featuring Cassidy and Styles P. Overall this is a dope mixtape. Evil Empire, Dj Diggz & Dj Rokz - The Unit Reigns Supreme

August 28, 2007

unitreigns

The Evil Empire, Dj Diggz and Dj Rokz team up to release a new mixtape featuring new G-Unit music. Mainly featuring new 50 Cent, but also featuring new Lloyd Banks, Tony Yayo, Mobb Deep and Young Buck. I have always been a fan of the Dj Diggz mixtapes. Usually strictly east coast tapes and always very grimmy. Nothing crazy exclusive on this one, but there is some new Havoc and Lloyd Banks that I haven’t heard yet. J-Armz & Cutmaster D.C. - “How To Be An MC (80’s Edition Vol.1)”

August 27, 2007

jarmz80s

J-Armz links up with Cutmaster D.C. (awfully close to the more popular Cutmaster C) to bring drop an 80’s version on his popular instrumental mixtapes. I have always been a fan of a J-Armz mixtape. Instrumentals are a great tool for remixing as well as working with if you yourself are an aspiring artist. No doubt, J-Armz is the best in the game when it comes to instrumental mixtapes. This one features beats from such classic artists as EPMD, RUN-DMC, Eric B, Biz Markie and more. Click on the “Continue Reading” link for the tracklisting and download. Get Right…

bigmikethorostret

Here is Big Mike’s latest mixtape with Dj Thoro. This new one features new music from mainly the east coast. Featuring some new 50 Cent, D-Block, Jim Jones, Kanye West, Lil Wayne and more. Dj Kool Kid - We Run New York

August 21, 2007

Kool Kid

Here’s Kool Kid’s latest mixtape, “We Run New York.” Featuring new music from the G-Unit camp. Mainly featuring new 50 Cent, but also featuring new Lloyd Banks, MOP, Young Buck, Havoc and more. I feel like Kool Kid has been flooding the market recently with new tapes, sometimes less tapes produce better quality. This looks like a decent tracklist though. Dj Burn One & Bubba Sparxxx - Survive Till Ya Thrive

August 18, 2007

bubbasurvive

Here is a new mixtape from Dj Burn One and Bubba Sparxxx. Bubba has been on the low for a little bit recently. He re-surfaced about a year ago with his “booty rocking everywhere” track. Bubba seems to have kinda switched his flow up a little bit since “Ugly” and the other tracks that he did while working with Timbaland. This new mixtape features new material over original beats. There is some good work on this mixtape. Bubba is trying to find a spot to fit in I guess, and I feel like you can kind of hear it in his tracks. Take a listen and let me know what you all think.
