Eminem – The Freestyles Pt.1

July 30, 2007

eminem

Here are a bunch of freestyles from Eminem that I came across on the internet the other day. There are 31 freestyles in total, varying from the Stretch Armstrong shows to the old Tony Touch tapes. There are definitely a bunch of gems on here. The quality is ripped from tape and vinyl mostly so it isn’t the greatest, but it isn’t a problem. A definite download for any Eminem fan. I’m sure that there are a lot of good artists from the Bean, but he probably has the biggest buzz right now. Termanology is a street artist that has production from some serious beatmakers, including Marley Marl, Dj Premier, Buckwild and more. Big Mike has officially cosigned Termanology, so be sure to hear more from him in the future. Check out the mixtape for more. Click on the “Continue Reading” link for the tracklist and download.

Radio – Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito Radio Show – June 10th, 1993 (89.9 nyc)

July 12, 2007

Bobbito

For those who don’t know, Dj Stretch Armstrong and Bobbito ran a hip hop radio show in the early, mid 90’s. The show aired on 89.9 fm in New York. This was definitely one of my favorite radio shows growing up. Stretch and Bobbito always tried to keep the show full of fresh talent and tried to stay away from the commercial hip-hop/pop that was getting major radio play. Stretch Armstrong recently posted a show from June 11th 1993 featuring Black Moon as well as many other classic tracks. Click on the “Continue Reading” link to download it. Read more
